This complex of office buildings is part and parcel of the Fabryczna City concept, which involves the revitalization of the former Polmos industrial plants in Krakow. Fabryczna Office Park is a complex of A-class, high-rise office and service buildings, consisting of three sections (B1, B2 and B3) with a two-story underground car park.

Most of the design solutions are subject to the regime and technologies used to obtain the BREEAM certificate at the level of Excellent.
