LivinnX Kraków - a new standard for student hotel design from IMB Asymetria

Modern, cozy, and suited to the lifestyle, needs and preferences of students - a private dormitory at Romanowicza Street in Krakow has welcomed its first residents this academic year.
The 22,000 m2 dorm covers seven floors with 290 rooms and capacity for 713 students. There are single room units with kitchenettes and bathrooms, as well as larger, double and triple rooms. The students can also enjoy a communal space on each floor. All premises are fully equipped with a learning area, a gym, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a yoga room, a games room, an artistic area, a TV room, a laundry room, a music room and a roof terrace.
The interior design makes reference to the industrial character of the renovated building, formerly the Telpod plant. The project was produced by the IMB Asymetria team in cooperation with the interior design firm, Make It Yours.
