Fabryczna Office Park - another multi-functional building complex designed by IMB Asymetria

Work on the development of Fabryczna City (Fabryczna Office Park) in Krakow has begun. The design of the office complex was produced by the IMB Asymetria team, in conjunction with the investor and contractor, Inter-Bud Developer. The completion of construction work is scheduled for Q4 2020.

Fabryczna Office Park is a multifunctional project, a "city within the city", on the site of the former State Vodka Factory (later Polmos) with an area of ​​6.5 hectares. In addition to office buildings, there will be residential and hotel facilities, restaurants, a fitness center and a swimming pool. The history and tradition of the place will be honoured with The Vodka Museum, also to be located in the restored portion of the building. All the functions of the design will be connected up with a covered pedestrian passage, serving as an axis between the historic buildings.

The total office space offered by Fabryczna Office Park is 67,000 square meters, in five A-class buildings. Of particularly note is the high eco-friendly standards of the technologies, materials and solutions being used.
